Privacy Policy

Information you provide

When you contact us, apply for admission, enroll or use school services, we receive the information you submit. This may include your name, contact details, application information, signed agreements, payment status, student records and correspondence. The information requested depends on the service you use.

Website information and cookies

Our website is hosted by HubSpot. Website services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and interaction data. Cookies and similar technologies can support website operation and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may affect website functions. Any additional cookie choices offered on the website apply to the technologies described in those controls.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, process applications and enrollment, administer agreements and payments, provide course access and student support, maintain academic and administrative records, prepare completion documents, improve school services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Marketing email preferences can be changed using an unsubscribe option in a marketing message or by contacting us. Essential enrollment and student-service communications may still be needed.

Service providers and external websites

We use HubSpot for this website, Jotform for school forms, Google services for communications and records, and Teachable for the current course and checkout. These services process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We share information with providers as needed to operate school services and may disclose records when legally required or authorized. We do not sell, trade or rent students' personal information.

Links to external forms, checkout, course platforms, documents and government resources take you to services outside this website. Review the information provided by those services before submitting personal information.

Sensitive information

Do not send Social Security numbers, identity-document images or payment-card details through a general website inquiry or ordinary email. When specific information is needed for a school or licensing purpose, follow PITI's designated collection instructions. Submit payment details only through the designated checkout service.

Records, security and requests

We retain records for school operations and applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the record type and any applicable hold. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity, and some records cannot be deleted while retention requirements apply. Do not include an SSN in your initial request.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as school services and practices change. Review this page when using our services. Questions can be sent to privateinvestigator.train@gmail.com or directed to 754-247-2342.

Website Terms of Use

Purpose of this website

This website provides information about PITI and routes visitors to school resources. Browsing the website, sending an inquiry or clicking an enrollment link does not by itself establish admission, school acceptance, payment or course completion.

Enrollment and school policies

Review the current Course Catalog and Enrollment Agreement before enrolling. Those documents describe admission, tuition, course access, completion, cancellation, withdrawal and refund policies. These website terms do not replace your Enrollment Agreement or reduce rights provided by applicable law. Contact PITI if website information and enrollment documents appear inconsistent.

Appropriate use and course materials

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting or applying to the school. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, impersonate another person or submit another person's confidential information without authority. PITI's branding and course materials may not be redistributed or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law or an applicable license.

Licensing and employment

Admission, course completion and a PITI certificate do not guarantee a state license, sponsorship, employment, earnings or career advancement. Licensing decisions are made by the responsible government authority. Check current requirements directly with that authority.

External resources and availability

External websites and service providers have their own terms and availability. PITI may update website content and links. For a question about current program information or a technical problem, contact the school before relying on information that appears incomplete or inconsistent.
